Access
The museum is located in the town centre, five minutes’ walk from the station and close to the International Museum of Horology and the History Museum.
Paid car parking is available at the nearby Métropole Centre. Cars parking in the La Chaux-de-Fonds town centre must display a ticket, which can be purchased at the museum reception.
The museum has a specific access for visitors with reduced mobility. Please contact us by telephone when you arrive. Entry is free for mobility assistants. Guide dogs are accepted. Visitors with prams can access the upper floors by the lift.

Guided tour upon reservation, max. 20 people: CHF 130.- + entrance fees
Possibility of guided tours outside opening hours, subject to an additional fee: CHF 200.-

Guided Tours

The museum offers free public guided tours of temporary exhibitions on the last Sunday of each month. Private guided tours of temporary exhibitipons for groups of up to 20 people can also be arranged upon request.
Student Tours
To stimulate curiosity and a love of learning together, the museum welcomes school visits. A number of formulas are available:
