Access
The museum is located in the town centre, five minutes’ walk from the station and close to the International Museum of Horology and the History Museum.
Paid car parking is available at the nearby Métropole Centre. Cars parking in the La Chaux-de-Fonds town centre must display a ticket, which can be purchased at the museum reception.
The museum has a specific access for visitors with reduced mobility. Please contact us by telephone when you arrive. Entry is free for mobility assistants. Guide dogs are accepted. Visitors with prams can access the upper floors by the lift.

Guided Tours

The museum organises free guided tours open to all on the last Sunday of each month (see our calendar). We can organise private guided tours for a maximum of 20 visitors on request.
Student Tours
To stimulate curiosity and a love of learning together, the museum welcomes school visits. A number of formulas are available:

The museum lobby and exhibition rooms are available for hire for corporate and private events such as drinks receptions, outings, conferences, and birthdays, including a guided visit.
